YouTube Integration
Some iSiLIVE services allow a customer to connect their YouTube channel so that we can stream to it and manage broadcasts and videos on their behalf. These features use YouTube API Services. By using these features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information about how we and Google collect and handle data in connection with these features, and how you can revoke iSiLIVE's access to your YouTube account, is described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Sale of Goods and Services
Goods:

Services:
- Live broadcasting
- REMI
- Streaming
Services must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Purchases are made at your own risk.
User Goods and Services
We are not responsible for goods or services sold by users. Violations may result in suspension or prohibition.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Cancellation requires 90 days notice.

Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (unless courier account provided). Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
Refunds & Returns
Goods: Refund requests must be made within 10 days.
Services: All services are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
iSiLIVE shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
