YouTube Integration

Some iSiLIVE features let a customer connect their YouTube channel to our platform. These features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect a YouTube channel, iSiLIVE accesses and stores: an authorization token issued by Google, your channel's identifier, name and thumbnail, and information about live broadcasts and videos we manage on your behalf. We use this data solely to operate the streaming services you have asked us to provide — starting, monitoring, repairing and ending live broadcasts on your channel, and, where requested, uploading recorded videos to it. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties except as required by law.

Stored authorization tokens are kept only while your channel remains connected; when a channel is disconnected, we delete the stored token and ask Google to revoke it. Other stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.

You can disconnect your channel at any time by asking us at support@isilive.ca, or revoke iSiLIVE's access yourself at any time via Google's security settings page. For any privacy question about this integration, contact support@isilive.ca.
